The quota is imposed over a sliding window which normally starts on the same day as your subscription. You can check both the current window and the quota for the current window and past windows in your account

For example, if your "startup" subscription starts on the 15th Sept. you will be able to make 5000 requests between the 15th Sept. and the 14th Oct. 23:59:59, another 5000 requests between the 15th of October and 14. Nov and so on.

Your subscription starts the day we register your first payment.

Please check if you are sending your requests over HTTPS, otherwise the response will be a HTTP 301 permanent redirect.

No. However, in order to keep the service running smoothly, we will impose such limits if we receive an unreasonable number of requests in a small timeframe.
